When you create an account we collect your full name, email address, and a securely hashed password. While using the app we store your exercise library, training templates, conducted training sessions, personal records, and notification preferences. Profile photos you optionally upload are stored only on your device.
We use your information solely to operate and improve the App: to authenticate you, provide your personal training dashboard, generate analytics and progress reports, and send optional training reminders if you enable them. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes.
The App uses an on-device SQLite database to store your data locally for offline access. This local data is tied to your device and is not accessible to other apps. Clearing or uninstalling the App will remove locally cached data.
The App requests access to your photo library only if you choose to set a profile photo. Photo library access is used exclusively for that purpose and no images are uploaded to our servers.
We use industry-standard HTTPS encryption for all communication between the App and our servers. Passwords are stored as secure cryptographic hashes and are never stored or transmitted in plain text. Authentication tokens are stored in the device secure storage (Secure Store).
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing rabincakv@gmail.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at rabincakv@gmail.com. If you are located in the EU/EEA you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at rabincakv@gmail.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the version number and date above and notify you via the App or email if the changes are material. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
